CGSB Certified Technicians All NDT personnel hold valid CAN/CGSB-48.9712 certification with documented training records, vision tests, and method-specific annual continuing education.

Calibrated Equipment Program All UT instruments, flaw detectors, and reference blocks are calibrated on documented intervals traceable to national standards (NRC/NIST).

Procedure Control Written NDT procedures prepared per applicable codes (ASME, CAN/CGSB, API) and reviewed by Level III personnel before field deployment.

ISNetworld Registered Safety pre-qualification maintained for major oil sands and SAGD operator contractor portals including Suncor, CNRL, Imperial, Cenovus, and ConocoPhillips.

Scope Definition
Review equipment history, regulatory registration, active damage mechanisms, and applicable codes
Inspection Plan
Written inspection plan per API 510/570 or RBI methodology with CML selection and method assignment
Field Execution
CGSB-certified NDT and API-certified visual inspection with real-time data collection and documentation
FFS Assessment
API 579 fitness-for-service assessment where indications exceed code acceptance criteria
Reporting
Inspection report prepared in compliance with applicable regulatory and client requirements
Repair Coordination
Repair scope issued to our CWB-certified sister company with full documentation package for seamless return-to-service
